The website https://nomellamo.com is a virtual store of the NOMELLAMO brand, property of NOMEBOTE S.A., which is a registered company in the Republic of Costa Rica, with the legal entity identification number 3-101-548484, domiciled in Number 79, 61st Avenue, between 59th and 61st Street, San Vicente, Moravia, San José, e-mail email@example.com, and phone (506) 2236-5152. For the purposes of this document, it shall be known as “NOMELLAMO”.
In accordance with Costa Rican legislation on the proper treatment of personal data, we inform you that through this website https://nomellamo.com (henceforth the “Site”), we collect, process, and store your personal information in our database, in order to provide the services indicated on the third clause of our Terms and Conditions.
We understand as personal information any relevant data relative to an identified or identifiable natural person. We assure you that we will never request or collect sensitive personal information.
By using our services, you declare you understand the scope of the authorization hereby contained and its implications, and you FREELY AND EXPRESSLY GRANT YOUR INFORMED CONSENT that NOMELLAMO may use the information gathered for the purposes described in this policy.

Compliant with Costa Rica’s “Ley de protección de la persona frente al tratamiento de sus datos personales” [Law on the Protection of the Person on the Handling of their Personal Information] (Law N° 8968) and its Regulations, NOMELLAMO informs its Users that the personal information (User’s information) gathered through our Site will be stored in an automated file under the responsibility of NOMELLAMO, with the purpose of providing the services indicated in the Terms and Conditions of the Site and executing the commitments established with the Users.
FOURTH. ON THE NEED TO SHARE INFORMATION TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES
You understand and expressly accept that by entering your information on the Site, and depending on the service you require, NOMELLAMO will need to share parts or all of your information in order to complete the required service.
